Ingredients:
Chankonabe
   0.5lb Snow crab
   0.5lb Oyster
   0.5lb Scallops
   1.0lb Ground Chicken for Tsukune
   1/2lb Nappa
   2bnch Shungiku
   2bnch Enoki
   1pk Shiitake
   2bnch Nada Negi
   1pk Shirataki
   1pc Tofu
Directions:
   1) Mix ground chicken with chopped onion, egg, starch, salt, and sake
   2) Mix Miso (8:2 ratio of white to red miso) and dashi then boil. For dashi
   3) Put igredients into pot in order of Meatball, seafood and fishballs.
   4) Bring to boil and add vegetables.
   5) Add some chili pepper

   Notes:   You can add rice, mochi or udon into the soup as desired
