Directions:
|
|
1) Mix ground chicken with chopped onion, egg, starch, salt, and sake
|
|
2) Mix Miso (8:2 ratio of white to red miso) and dashi then boil. For dashi
|
|
3) Put igredients into pot in order of Meatball, seafood and fishballs.
|
|
4) Bring to boil and add vegetables.
|
|
5) Add some chili pepper
|
Notes:
You can add rice, mochi or udon into the soup as desired
