Directions:

1) Place croissant (danish) on cookie sheet at about 2-3 inches apart.
|

2) Brush on Beaten Egg for enhanced flavor and shinier looks (optional).
|
|
3) Proof at Room Temperature (60-70 degrees Fahrenheit) until twice itfs size (about 8-12 hours.)
|
|
4) Bake for 14-16 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
