2bunch Shungiku
|

2bnch Enoki
|

1pk Shirataki
|

1/2 Nappa
|

1pk Shiitake
|
|
2bunch Naga-negi
|
|
1pc Tofu
|
|
Directions:
|
|
1) Cut Tokyo-negi into 2 inch pieces. Trim the hard parts of Nappa and Enoki mushrooms.
|
|
2) Put cold water and 2 inch square of Konbu (kelp) into a pan and bring to boil.
|
|
3) Splash meat and vegetables around in the stock to prevent it overcooking. Have them with the sauce of your choice from Ponzu and Goma Dare.
