| Ingredients: |

Mixed Mushroom Tempura
|

4 shrimps
|
|
1.7oz Flour
|
|
1/2 pkg Shimeji, Enoki and Shiitake
|
|
1.7oz leek
|
|
1.7oz Mitsuba
|
|
1 Egg
|
|
1/4 Cup of Water
|
|
Vegetable or canola oil
|
|
Directions:
|
|
1) Break apart shimeji and enoki mushrooms. Cut off stems of the shiitake mushrooms and slice into 4 pieces.
|
|
2) Clean the shrimps and cut them into small pieces.
|
|
3) Cut the leek and mitsuba 1/2inch thick.
|
|
4) Mix all the egg, the water and the flour together until it becomes thick. Add the mushrooms, the shripms and the vegetables in it.
|
|
5) Heat oil 350F, scoop ladle sized portions and fry until golden.
