King Crab Salad

King Crab Meat

White Wine
|

Onion

Salt

King Crab Salad Dressing
|

little Grated Apple
|
|
50ml. Olive Oil
|
|
25cc Vinegar
|
|
Mustard
|
|
Directions:
|
|
1) Sprinke some white wine on to the crab meat. Slice onion and marinate with salt and place in a bowl of water.
|
|
2) Drain the crabs and the oninons well and mix gently. Chil in a refrigerator.
|
|
3) Place the crabs and the onions in a plate and add some dressing.
