| Ingredients: |

King Crab Cream Croquette

2 Cup Milk
|
|
5T Flour
|
|
2T Heavy Cream
|
|
Vegetable Oil
|
|
0.3lb or more King Crab Meat
|
|
4T Melted Butter
|
|
3.5oz Onion
|
|
Batter Coating
|
|
2T Flour
|
|
1/2 Egg ( beaten)
|
|
1t Water
|
|
2/3 Cup Bread Crumbs
|
|
Directions:
|
|
1) Fry the onion util soften with 2T butter in a thick pan.
|
|
2) Add 2T butter to 1 and add the flour little by little. Keep stirring on low heat until it becomes smooth.
|
|
3) Remove 2 from the heat, add 2cup milk at once and whip until smooth.
|
|
4) Place 3 onto medium heat and boil while stirring for 7-8mins. Add salt and peppar for a flavor, and mix in the heavy cream and the crab meat.
|
|
5) Place (4) into a roast pan (or wide shallow pan) and place in refrigerator until firm.
|
|
6) Divide (5) into 8 portions and shape into oval, and coat batter in flour-egg-bread crumbs order.

|
7) Fry (6) at 340F until golden brown.
