| Ingredients: |

King Crab and Tofu
|

0.22 lb King Crab Meat
|
|
1/2t. Salt
|
|
1/2t. Grated Ginger
|
|
1T, Potato Starch
|
|
1 pack Tofu
|
|
1t Minced Green Onion
|
|
1/2t. Soy Sauce
|
|
1 1/2T. Sake
|
|
Directions:
|
|
1) Cut tofu into 4, then cut into 1cm thick pieces.
|
|
2) Marinate 1t sake and grated ginger on the crab meat.
|
|
3) Drop 2T oil into heated pan. Fry green onion for 2 mins, add the crab meat and fry quickly.
|
|
4) Add cut tofu and remaining sake, soy sauce and salt. Place lid over pan and simmer for 5mins on low heat.
|
|
5) Mix the potato starch with 1T water, and add into the pan little by little. Stir until thick.
