Directions:
|
|
1) Mix soy-sauce, sake, sweet sake, miso and dashi in a pot and boil For dashi
|
|
2) Start cooking with Salmon, shrimp and other seafood in the pot. After 2-3minutes, put vegetables into the pot.

3) You can add milk and butter in your hot pot for contemporary style Hokkainabe.
