| Ingredients: |

Cod Roe Spaghetti
|

Salt ( as preferred)
|
|
Thin sliced dried seaweed ( as preferred)
|
|
14oz Spaghetti
|
|
2pieces Cod roe
|
|
4T. Butter
|
|
4T. Heavy Cream
|
|
Directions:
|
|
1) Separate cod roe from skin with a spoon and discard skin.
|
|
2) Mix the butter and the heavy cream with the cod roe.
|
|
3) Cook spaghetti al dente and drain.
|
|
4) Toss the spaghetti in 2 and season it with salt.
|
|
5) Sprinkle the thin sliced dried seaweed over the spaghetti.
