Please review the following Membership Agreement in order to fully enjoy the benefits of shopping at ANAsuper.

Article 1: Agreement Coverage
This Agreement covers the Internet and catalogue service provided by ANAsuper, and covers the basic guidelines for ANAsuper members to follow then utilizing these services.

Article 2: Membership and Fees
In order to become a member, one must agree to this Agreement. Also membership can be denied by the sole discretion of ANAsuper.
Annual Membership fee of $10.00 due upon enrollment, and is valid for 1 (one) year from enrollment. There is no separate "registration fee" of any kind. Members will receive benefits determined by ANAsuper which is outlined in Member Benefits.
There will be a S&H charge assessed to all orders. For rates, please review our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions).
Membership is not required to shop at ANAsuper.com.

Article 3: User Information
The member will select a unique user name and password. Whereby, ANAsuper will then grant a Member Account number.
ANAsuper will not be responsible for any loss or damage due to unauthorized use of the memberfs account, so the member must properly manage their user name, password and Member Account Number.

Article 4: Private Information
Member agrees not to provide false, illegal or misleading information to ANAsuper during Membership Registration or any time requested by ANAsuper.
Any changes in member information (ie. address, email, phone, etc.) must be immediately updated by the member on the Member Update Page, or must be notifed to ANAsuper customer service.
ANAsuper will maintain any information provided by the member as private information. Unless authorized by the member, ANAsuper will not make any correction or modification to this information.
ANAsuper will not disclose memberfs private information to anyone, with the exception of the following cases.
(1) When information is being requested by the law.
(2) When the member agrees to the disclosure of information.

Article 5: Prohibited Behavior
The services and information provided on the Internet and the catalog by ANAsuper is intended for private use by the member, and must not be utilized for profit, unless otherwise approved by ANAsuper.

Article 6: Copyright & Other Private Property
The copyright and trademark of all pictures, photographs, designs and other intellectual property published on ANAsuper home page and catalogue belongs to ANAsuper and/or other literary work authorities. Members must not infringe these rights.

Article 7: Ceasing of Service
Without advance notice or acceptance by the member, ANAsuper reserves the right to cease or disontinue service in one of the following cases.
(1) When system trouble occurs.
(2) When service can not be provided due to fire and/or power failure.
(3) When service can not be provided due to a natural disaster or national emergency.
(4) In addition, when ANAsuper determines its necessity.
ANAsuper also reserves the right to modify, add or delete any part of the services provided without prior consent of the member.
If the service must be discontinued due to clause 7-1 or clause 7-2 above, ANAsuper will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage the member may experience.

Article 8: Exclusions
ANAsuper can not guarantee its service or information gathered by the member from ANAsuper to be complete, accurate or valid.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in this Agreement, an Agreement Addendum or an Individual Agreement, ANAsuper will not be responsible for any loss or damage due to claims unrelated to ANAsuper, third party claims and claims due to special circumstances. Even if the claim, loss or damage may have been predicted by ANAsuper.

Article 9: Member Disqualification
Without prior consent or notice to the member, ANAsuper reserves the right to cease service and/or disqualify a member when ANAsuper determines that a member has violated any part of this Agreement or deems that such member is not suitable.

Article 10: Membership Withdrawal
The member has the right to withdraw from ANAsuper membership. However, ANAsuper must be notified of such withdrawal. Any membership fees paid by the member is not refundable 30 days after enrollment, or if member has utilized the membership to obtain any membership benefits, especially member discounts.

Article 11: Jurisdiction
All dispute which relates to this agreement must be resolved within the Los Angeles judicial system and jurisdiction courthouse.

Article 12: Modification of Agreement
ANAsuper reserves the right to revise and modify this Agreement. Furthermore, the modification will be in effect from the point in time when ANAsuper distributes the notification out to the member in the method chosen by ANAsuper.
